Wow, and people get on me about the evil cliffies! Naturally, I believe that Nick will be fine...because where's the story if you killed him? Can't go around killing Brooke's heroes off. She doesn't have very many! ::)

I am really liking the interaction with Donna and Brooke and am glad she is staying with Brooke right now.

Hope is priceless. Nick asks if she's behaving. 'No.' LOLOL. That whole conversation is too cute. And then Nick and Brooke's subsequent conversation(s) with him are just adorably sweet and shy and sexy all at once. It does seem that if they are moving at breakneck speed here and I hope that won't come back to haunt them in any real way.

And as disgustingly entitled and perverted as Ridge is in this story, I can't help but applaud him telling Stephanie to stick it and that she has no say. It's too little too late, but perhaps Ridge isn't completely hopeless and worthless afterall.

Yay for Brooke! For telling Ridge where to stick it. For telling him off for him condescending to forgive her for succumbing to the one man (at that point) who put her first, who made her his everything and who would have done anything to make her happy and eradicated anyone that hurt her. Bravo for Brooke for sending Ridge packing after telling him how stupid and wrong and pathetic he's been for all this time.

And I'm actually curious about the Jackie/Mass/Steph story. It's all weaving together quite nicely, actually. It's a bit anvilly, but I'm hoping the anvils are just red herrings and that Nick and Ridge are not related by blood in any way. I'm really very curious about Jackie and Mass' past now. Obviously they had an intimate relationship that was curtailed abruptly by her husband. And said husband seemed to have saw to it that Jackie believed she was just another Marone fling and his all attempts at communication from Mass. And Mass' intense reaction to Jackie's statement about him never wanting more or to settle down with her. Interesting. I look forward to more pieces of this puzzle.

Great Job, Queenie.

Pam

I love my cliff hangers and while I will assure you that I didn't kill NIck, I wouldn't be so sure that he will be fine. You're not the only one who can have endless comas you know LOL! I think you'll have to keep reading to see what happens and what impact it has on Brooke and Nick and everyone else.

I liked the Donna and Brooke action, though it is still around, it's not as much as it was then. Perhaps I will have to give them more scenes together in the future. I think that Donna may be the one needed Brooke soon, but you have about 7 more chapters to know about that.

That was a cute line of Hope's LOL! I figured that the little girl would be honest and say, no she wasn't being a good girl LOL! She's becoming very close to Nick and Brooke better be careful if she isn't sure about her own future.

Brooke and Nick are shy and sexy and cute together and moving fast. Brooke hasn't felt this happy or safe or calm in so long. Nick is good for her and she just wants to feel this way all the time. But I don't think Ridge is going to stand back and let that happen.

Brooke was very angry when Ridge "forgave her" for Deacon. It was none of his business and Brooke and Bridget have come to terms about it so there was no reason for him to mention it anyway.

Jackie and Massimo and Stephanie and soon Eric are all going to be interconnected. There is a history between Jackie and Massimo, but I haven't told just how connected they are. I've given hints of what might be, but that doesn't mean that it is either. Frank Payne is part of the puzzle. As for the red herrings, I don't know if they are that or truths yet. You're going to have to keep reading to find out.

I think you'll enjoy the action that comes in the next few chapters and I hope I don't have to wait as long to read your reactions. Or should I say that there are two other guys who don't want to wait that long either.

I'm glad you liked it and it's funny, reading your replies have brought some of the eariler story back to me.

I did love the Ridge and Nick banter in this chapter a lot as well as Brad Bell's untimely "death" LOL!

Thanks so much for reading! Now get back to work! >:(
