Well classify me as one that didn't really enjoy Breacon . However, I give anything a shot to see if I like it. I've found when reading these fan fictions that I can get past what I see on screen and go with the flow of the story. lol...It's amazing how one's feeling can change w/o Bell doing the writing. I like how you've resolved the quandry between Brooke, Bridget, and Deacon. That was one thing that I needed addressed to get into the story. Hope's reaction was on target, imo. The poor little thing has had so many daddy's onscreen that it's nice to see a biological reunion, and her reaction to "Ricky" was very realestic as well! Looking forward to reading your other postings jillcat!

Thanks again, Horsey. I'll look forward to seeing 'Long Journey Home' posted here. Any excuse to re-read it I think I've fallen in love with Agent Moyer - it's so good to see a strong woman written well ;D And any story where Satanie gets what's coming to her is always ace in my book

I have to admit that the thought of Breacon does funny things to my blood pressure, but I love your story so much! They are always great in fan fiction. I'm glad that there are no secrets between Brooke and Bridget in this story and that everyone is being upfront. Poor Hope! LOL! In the real world, I can definitely understand her confusion in trying to untangle these complex family ties. I also think it was on point. I can't wait to read your next installments!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Miss Jr. It warms the cockles of my heart to receive compliments from writers such as yourself, Horsey and Janice whose writing I admire so much. I'm having so much fun writing this story. It's certainly an addictive passtime Yes, poor Hope and the revolving Daddy door. It really annoys me the way Bratley treats kids like disposable commodities without feelings. I also thought it was way past time for Bridget to put the Breacon card to rest, so I hope I've achieved that with this story. Thanks again - I appreciate your feedback so much.

Awesome! What a sweet scene.
I love how Hope is not comfortable around Ridge. For all the flack Brooke gets, Ridge should be getting some of it as well, for the way he just breezes in and out of that little girl's life. Reading this and thinking about the way Ridge walked out on Brooke made me hate him all over again.

Thanks for your kind words, Gio.
I always loved Nick and Hope on screen and wanted her relationship with Deacon to be just as strong. Ridge is very good at ignoring children, even his own most of the time.
LOL, I find Ridge a character that is very easy to hate.
