I loved this! For one brief second, I thought "Oh, no! Nick wouldn't act that way, Ridge would, but not Nick!" Fortunately, for me, I kept reading. I can believe that would be his initial reaction, but unlike Ridge, NIck would really think about what they said.
Bridget definitely has some issues to work through, hope she does it.
Now, I confess - I'm a bit disappointed. I wanted Stephanie to give Deacon a reason to hit her.

Thanks again for your feedback, Janice.
I've always seen Nick as a bit of a hothead at times, but agree that he's open to logic and reason, something Ridge will never be.
Well, we'll see about Bridget down the track.
LOL, it was very tempting, if ever there was someone who deserved to be hit, it's Stephanie - but it's not something I could ever see Deacon doing. Maybe I'll have Brooke kick her ass one day after she's learnt a few of Deacon's karate moves?

I'd love to see Brooke deck the old witch. But in a way, it would be even better to see Taylor or Bridget do it. I can't imagine either of them doing that, especially Taylor, but imagine Stephanie's surprise if that happened.
Nick definitely has a temper and your scene between the two men was believable and realistic.
