What a pleasant surprise, to login and find another great instalment - plus your cast page. What a treat ;D I love your Hope and Allie! I like your casting for all the young characters, but especially love those two. And more psycho Bridget. I find myself very interested in finding out what Rick needs to talk to her about. Hopefully the bitch will find out what she did to poor Tom. I'm really looking forward to the repercussions once Allie's poem is published

Allie's poem will take a bit longer and the repercussions will reverberate over the story for some time.

Like Jilt, I am looking forward to Ally's poem the the fallout when it is published. Wonder what Taylor's reaction will be, or if she will even find out? My guess is, she is still wrapped up with Ridge to the point that nothing else matters. And Bridgette is as mean-spirited as ever. She refers to her mother as a "Slut" while here she is, selling her tail for money.

Janice, your story just gets better and better! Boy, does that bony prostitute have a rather high opinion of herself, doesn't she? I mean, she really thinks she's cute, all that and FIVE bags of chips! She's so full of herself that she just ASSumes that her mother doesn't know how to dress appropriately for an event--never mind the fact that bitch have to have witnessed Brooke prepare for such events on numerous occasions. How the men can even stand this snooty hooker is simply astounding, and it sure doesn't say much about their taste which is only evidently in their mouths! I am curious to see how Rick's conversation with Bridget goes. I really do enjoy the scenes with the young people! I think RJ's thoughtfulness is touching, but I do agree with Hope that he may want to slow his roll. That is a lot of money to spend on a gift at his age for a young lady. I'm so looking forward to the publication of Allie's poem. How much do you want to bet that Taylor and Ridge will bring their asses back for that; meanwhile, their son is left to fend for himself because of their own stiff-necked pride and selfishness.

"As it often did when she reviewed her extensive wardrobe, Bridget’s mind wandered to her mother. Brooke Logan would never understand the intricacies and understated elegance of an embassy dinner - she would certainly show up in sequins and feathers, the gaudier the better. Yes, that was her mother."
Little snot. I don't know what she is smoking, but there is nothing wrong with the way Brooke dresses. Bridgette is just jealous that her mother has a family and people who love her. Meanwhile, she has no one and the only people she has in her life are johns. Pitiful heifer.
I couldn't help but notice that, no matter what she is doing, her mind wanders back to her mother.
I am wondering what Rick has to say to her. I am guessing he tells her about Thomas.

JR, thanks for reading and for the kind words. There may be exceptions, but I believe that most men who frequent prostitutes (especially the high-priced ones) are seeking validation of their own worth. The men Bridget services are exceedingly wealthy, but insecure. Bridget's haughtiness actually appeals to them and, of course, her mother and father exposed her to the social graces that serve her as a professional escort for men like Martin Soldanus. I am basing her attitude in my story on how she has treated her mother on the show and an old classmate who is a high-priced hooker. At a class reunion one of the guys told her that at least the street hookers were more honest than her. I want to give Bridget that comeuppance somewhere in the story. Rick and Bridget will be talking in the next chapter. RJ has the best intentions and a generous spirit, but it is too much money to spend on any girl at his age and more so for Sarah as she and her mother have a far lower family income than the Marones. We will soon see that such an expensive present would be viewed suspiciously by her mother. The publication of Allie's poem is coming soon and it will have repercussions for many people, although Taylor will not recognize herself at first. Nowhere in this poem is the saint and role model she imagines herself to be. But, she will learn, reality bites. Again, thanks for reading.

Thanks Giovanna! Bridget is just displaying the attitude of her two role models (Taylor and Stephanie). That attitude is even more ironic given her current profession, but I am sure if Taylor and Stephanie were similarly employed they would think the same way. Yes, everything about Bridget is centered on her resentment of and competition with her mother - just something else she has in common with Taylor. You're right - Rick will be telling Bridget about Thomas.

Oh that Bridget thinks she's the cutest little trick in shoe leather, but she is ugly on the inside. I wonder if she will have the common decency to feel bad about what she did to Thomas? Will she come clean to Rick? I had to chuckle about RJ being called Ridge JR and then him talking about giving the laptop or expensive jewelry to Sarah. . At least he recognizes his fathers shortcomings and doesn't care to repeat them. I can't wait for the poem to hit the fan. I think Taylor will be shrieking "Stephanie Do Something!" I am saddened by Allie's wondering if Phoebe would still be alive if it wasn't for the whole sitution. Another fabulous chapter!

I am working on SWIB and Never, but this story is just flowing for me so naturally now. Bridget will be surprised about Thomas' condition, but will she feel any guilt or responsibility? That remains to be seen. RJ desperately wants Sarah to have a new computer, but it is too much for him to spend. But someone will come up with a clever plan so he can help Sarah get it. Allie is looking for answers on several issues. The poem will help with some of them. And you know Taylor will always be Taylor.
