Sorry it's taken me so long to post my comments on this story, but my back problems are really lingering and sitting at the computer does absolutely nothing for the healing process It's been such a treat having 3 new chapters of your stories in the past week! I love the scene with Eric and Felicia - he's exactly the caring father I would have expected him to be (and which we so rarely see glimpses of on screen). His differing reactions to Deacon with Bridget to Felicia make perfect sense to me. Felicia's a big girl and can take care of herself, whereas Bridget was a mere child - and a spoilt and very naive one at that - when she married Deacon. Chris and Dante are real pieces of work. I hope like hell that Felicia can beat them in court with the support of her family. Ridge is just as delusional about his 'charms' as ever. I'm really gonna enjoy it when he finds out that Diane is in love with Nick. Yay! I'm glad Brooke is going to sell the house to Ridge - he belongs in that doomy, gloomy dark old place. I never thought that house and its decor matched Brooke's personality and I'm pleased she and Whip will have a place of their own. Hopefully the new house will have a front door that actually locks I can't wait to see Tiffany's overweening ego get a good slap down. She reminds me so much of that deluded hair model Steffie that we see on screen way too often for my liking! I'm loving the Delicia scenes and really looking forward to more in the upcoming chapters

Considering your pain, I do really appreciate that you are reading my stories and, especially, commenting on them.
Of the many crimes on B&B's characters, I think one of the worst was ignoring that Eric was originally such a loving and supportive father. That was actually why Stephanie was suspicious of Kristen's relationship with him. I can deal with him being flawed (and can believe he would attack Deacon because of his concern for Bridget), but not the assassination the writers pulled on him. I want him to be the way I remember him from the early show and demonstrate that in loving your children you also understand how they differ from each other. Your comments about Deacon with Bridget and now Felicia are exactly how I feel and why I wrote this scene. His flaws will come out during the custody battle.
Dante is a little more charitable than Chris and he knows Felicia is a good parent. But that won't stop him from doing anything to achieve his goals. I've always found Christine a sanctimonious little bitch, so I wanted to lift her facade and expose her as I see her in this story.
Ridge will be getting his eyes opened when he learns about Nick and Diane. But he's so arrogant he won't understand it.
Brooke will sell the house to Ridge. Her new house will suit her more and while it will be an open and welcoming place for friends and family, people will have to knock or ring and wait for the door to be opened. That is one of the most idiotic parts of this show.
Tiffany won't give up easily, but CJ is totally committed to Bridget. Little Tiffany doesn't understand that almost any breathing male would "take in" with his eyes what she was putting out there, but it has nothing to do with emotion.
Deacon and Felicia are trying hard to take it slow, but it's been a long time for both of them and they are both passionate by nature. Nothing is more important to Felicia than Dean, so both of them will struggle for self-control and discretion.
Thanks again for reading!
