Missy, Another great chapter!!! There's a thin line between love and hate. And Ridge has crossed over to the hate side so it seems. Ian is gong to have a field day with him when they do meet up. And I won't even begin to think of things Brooke is going to say and do to him when she gets home. Oh and Rick....Will Ridge be surprised when his little brother foils his plan? Will Rick confide in Eric? Will they be able to stop Ridge in time? Will Ridge be dead to Rick when this is all over? Poor Amber, she made a deal with devil and choose the wrong team to support. Will she lose her marriage and her kids because of it? I love that Bridget now realizes and understands how wrong she was about Ian. I hope she really will give him a chance now that he's back. I love Deacon. Brooke's family. This former player is now a family man. Oh, Ridge has another man gunning for him when the truth comes out. Ian, Rick, Deacon, and I dare say, even Eric, will want to spend some time with Ridge...Who will get to him first? I know you're not going to let Brooke lose Ian's baby so I'm not going to let you put me on pins and needles until the next chapter. You wouldn't do that to Ian, not after he just survived an avalanche. I'm glad Ace is coming to town. How did I miss that Ian Thornheart is your Ian? Hmmm.... Well done, Yash Yash, you are correct, there is a think line between love and hate and it seems that Ridge has crossed that line. Ridge's love or obession with her has caused him to lose all reasons. He isn't thinking straight. Brooke hurt him deeply and he wants to strike back. Taking the company was the only way that he can think. His plan is one that he he is allowed to go through with it will strip Brooke of FC. I'm sure that Ian and Ridge WON'T be getting along or seeing eye to eye about anything. LOL Rick isn't about to sit there and allow anything to happen to his mother's company while she's away. Rick is trying to get to the bottom of what is happeneing with Forrester. Something is going on and he knows it...but what? Ridge is going to find that he can't intimate Rick at all. This is a stronger Rick. As for his wife Amber, she made a deal with the devil. She chose her side and will have to pay the consequences if it is revealed that she was the one to give Ridge and Stephanie those papers. Bridget does realize how wrong she was. She never gave Ian the chance she should have. She sees that now. She'll try her best to make things up to Ian when finds out he's alive. She's going to try to really listen and get to know him. Deacon is really coming into his own. This is HIS family. He loves Bridget very much, he feels protective of her but now in a way he's feeling protective of his MIL as well. Deacon feels that Bridget and Brooke need him, so he's going to be there for them. His feelings of protectivness will only increase once he realized that he was going to be a father. Is Brooke pregnant?? I promised a pregancy and we know that it's Bridget, could there be another? You'll have to wait and see.

I just have to say right off the top that this is one of my favorite stories! I am in the same camp as Yash...I think Brooke is pregnant too. Please don't let anything happen to this baby!! Between the stress, sleeping pills and fall (if she really falls), I hope that her baby is ok. I can't wait for the HOT reunion between Brooke and Ian. I'm kind of liking Bridget in the story. She knows she was wrong about Ian and feels terrible about it. I think she is just used to protecting her Mom and I also hope that she changes her tune now than Ian is alive. I'm excited for her and Deacon, too. I've always loved Deacon and I think he will be a wonderful father to their baby. Amber is Amber. She is true to form. I just don't like that girl. Rick needs to catch wind of what has happened and kick her to the curb. He's is going to go ballistic when he finds out what Ridge is trying to do. I can't wait for Ridge and Ian to meet. I'm sure the fists will eventually fly. I can't wait!! I think Ace needs to relocate to LA. I really like him. He is a man's man and he won't give up hope until he has seen for himself. Brooke needs a friend like Ace. Thank again for the wonderful chapter. Keep 'em coming. I'm on edge waiting to see what happens next! AM 755 I'm so honored that this is one of your favorite fanfictions. It's one of mine as well. I really love how much Ian and Brooke both connect and so easily. So you think that Brooke's pregnant as well? Well, maybe or maybe not. You'll have to read the next chapter or chapters to find out the answer of that questions. If would be funny to have both mother and daughter pregnant though. LOL Bridge honestly doesn't mean any harm. She's very concerned about her mother and only wants the best for her. BUT she didn't know Ian and went on protective mode. She was wrong and a little childish but with her own child on the way I bet Bridget will have a lot to keep her occupied. She's going to have to let go and let Brooke led her own independent life. As for Bridget and Deacon. They are getting ready for a different step in their lives, They are going to be parents and will have to put this baby first. I don't see Deacon having a problem with that. He loves Bridget and will adore this baby. Amber is an opportunitst, something she's been from the start. She has no idea what real loyality is. Imagine her plotting against the woman whom's house she is staying and son's life she's ruined. As for Rick....oh yeah he's go ballastic...if he found out what she did. Amber better hope that Stephanie doesn't leave her blowing in the wind when all this is over. I love Ace. He'll show up more. I don't know how yet. You'll also get a chance to see and meet the woman that Ace is crazy about. LOL...she nothing like a character you've ever seen. Glad that you liked the chapter. I'll keep them coming as much as I can and as long as people read. I appericate everyone's patience with me. Thanks so much for the comments.

I can't believe Bridget put sleeping pills in Brooke's food. I just want to vomit! It is all your fault!!! WHAAAAAAAAA! I I can't tell you what will happen to Brooke. But she will have Ian's love and support. He loves her and will do everything that he can for her to be secure and safe. Bridget didn't mean to harm her mother. She thought that the pills would help Brooke get the sleep that he needed. She has no idea about the damage she has caused. But please don't vomit. I didn't mean to upset you.

Missy, what an awesome chapter! There is so much going on here. While I'm happy that Bridget is pregnant, I don't know whether to be sad or relieved that Brooke isn't right now. Or is she? I was appalled that two people took it upon themselves to dose her up with sleeping pills without her knowledge or consent. She is in a terrible place right now, and I sincerely hope that she doesn't injure herself before Ian has a chance to rescue her. As much as I'm looking forward to a "physical" reunion, I don't know if she'll be put to it right away. The stress and being zonked out on those pills should be a real deterrent at this time. I trust that you will handle this particular issue with a lot more sensitivity than Bradley did on the show. I really hope that if Brooke is pregnant that her fetus won't be harmed by the double dosage of pills.
BTW—I can't wait to see Deacon's reaction when Bridget tells him her happy news. I'm sure he'll be thrilled. It also seems like your Bridget has done some growing up in this chapter. I just hope that her feelings of goodwill toward Ian aren't a fluke and that she'll genuinely give him a chance for her mother's sake.
I'm so glad to know that Ian came out of this okay. His SEAL buddy knows Ian very well and has the utmost faith in his abilities to get the job done. With all the recent highly publicized real life stories of missing climbers and avalanches, your story made Ian's dilemma quite real especially since some of those real life stories didn't have such happy endings.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch in L.A., we have Ridge and mama Steph up to their old tricks. They both make me sick! I don't expect much from Stephanie because she's a hateful, bitter, dried-up old bat anyway. However, Ridge looks like a straight-up beyotch right now. He didn't get the girl so he has to get her company? As much as I've enjoyed Brooke and Ian's idyllic getaway, she MUST get back to L.A. pronto! She's been gone way too long. Love is one thing, but when somebody's trying to mess with your money, it's time to get down to business. It's disgusting to see a piece of trash like Amber taking advantage of Brooke's absence just because she has the hag in her back pocket. As for Taylor, I wish I could feel sorry for her. Somehow I don't. It's perfectly okay for her to encourage Ridge in his hateration for Brooke just so long as she's benefiting from it. If she can't clearly see the obsessive "love" that's driving her so-called husband's actions, then she's a bigger fool than I thought. I don't know what to say about Rick and Eric. I think the Rick they have onscreen now would never find a lanky-haired grifter like Amber in the first place, and his allegiance has usually been to his mother. Eric—well, let's just say that he was probably a man at one time. And how arrogant and predictable of Stephanie to dismiss the seriousness of Brooke's new relationship. Old girl must be jealous if you ask me.
What a great story and I can't wait to see what happens when Brooke and Ian reunite at last!

Old girl must be jealous if you ask me. What a great story and I can't wait to see what happens when Brooke and Ian reunite at last! Thanks for the complement JR. Glad that you enjoyed the chapter. Yes, Bridget is pregant and finally she's going to have something other than her mother to worry about. You can't wait for Deacon to find out...well he's going to be a very happy man. This baby is going to cause Deacon to go down a road that he's never gone before. With Little D, he was already two years old when Deacon found out. He spends with him but it's not the same because Rick and Amber raise him. This is going to be his chance to be an active father. If you thought that he protective before, what until now. As for Brooke, she COULD be pregnant. Anything is possible but right now she's in danger. It was tottally uncalled for Colt and Bridget to drug Brooke without her knowing. It doesn't make any sense and now she's in danger. Don't worry...as much as I'd love a romantic reunion for Brooke and Ian, I'm going to play this realstically (as much as I can) to deal with the serious issues. Ace has full confidence in his fellow brother S.E.A.L, he wasn't about to simply write him off because it seemed impossible. Impossible is what they do. Ace and Ian have a strong bond and if Ian had died, he would have been there to recover his body. The S.E.A.L motto is leave no man behind. Ridge and his momma are sick. You are right, this is just the norm for Stephanie but for Ridge to be invovled. Obession...that is what it is. All of his love has turned into hate and he's turning into a person that nobody except Stephanie likes. Taylor of course is happy that Ridge no longer sees Brooke in favorable eyes yet realizes that he husband has no time for her. Ridge isn't concerned about Taylor. Brooke in a sense is a stronger presense in their marriage than ever. it's all about Brooke. Will Taylor get tired of it? Will she give Ridge an ultimatium or will she be content with his hatred for Brooke? It's unclear. But one thing is for certain, she knows about the pink diamond ring and knows that she doesn't have it. I love the new Rick (even if he hates Ridge) he's older, mature and passionate. SO...that's the Rick I'm seeing. You are correct in your assessment that he wouldn't find Amber attractive....let's just say that I'm working on it. As for Rick's loyalities...it's totally for his mother. But what about Eric? It's unclear at the moment. We know that he's fond of Brooke but if this meant "getting his company back" what will he do? Thanks again for your comments. I love them.
