Ohhhhhh, that was nice. I like that Nick and Brooke aren't diving head first into a physical relationship. They really are like two teenagers with the making out and hot and heavy hands. I think it's adorable. I am really liking Donna in this. Massimo is all kinds of foolish. If Bridget leaves town without talking to Brooke, then she is truly a coward. I know Brooke is angry, as well she should be, but Bridget should be woman enough to face her after all this mess. Brooke faced her when she and Deacon were outed. I didn't see any mint chocolate chip ice cream Nevertheless, it's nice to see Brooke dealing with yet another falling apart relationship with Ridge with some fun, instead of tears. You had a lot of fun with the sea analogies I see. Didn't the show do someting similiar trying to fix Ridge up with 'suitable' matches? I got this weird sense of deja vu reading that. Pam

Pam Brooke and Nick are trying to take it slowly. Nick wants her but he doesn't want to be a bandaid for her Ridge love. I think she feels ready but she needs to prove it to him and to herself. They are having fun though and getting closer than either had imagined. I like Donna and I wanted Brooke to have someone for her that really did love her. Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream happens in the next few scenes, I guess it's in Chapter Eight. It has been a while so I can't remember exactly what happened when. Brooke is really ready to let go of Ridge this time. He hurt her worse than ever before. He betrayed her and she doesn't want him back, even if part of her may still be in love with him. She sees a chance for a new and happy life with Nick and she is ready to grab it. It's a change for Nick too, but he thinks the lady is worth it. I did have fun with the sea analogies and I figured I'd bring Donna and Brooke in on the joke. I believe that they wanted Ridge with someone other than Brooke on the show but to be honest, Ridge with anyone other than Brooke was never a blip on my radar and at that point Ridge with Brooke was just so disgusting that I try not to think about him too hard. Wouldn't want my brain to explode LOL! Thanks for reading and commenting. You've still got a way to go, but I think it gets more and more interesting as you go so you'll enjoy it!
