Janice, I think your Ridge actually tops my Ridge on the evil richter scale. That dude is a sick sexually twisted freak. Getting off on hurting Brooke, that's some f**ked up viagra he's got there! Maybe Stephanie has finally gotten to him, that's ultra twisted. The only way he's.. ahem.. aroused is by hurting Brooke, which satisfies his mother. Kind of makes me wish I'd seen Psycho...I'm so glad that Taylor saw through him. She was awfully happy to be getting busy there, I wasn't sure which way she was going to go. I'm glad her anger was directed at the right person. Of coarse Massimo is the one who figured out Hope's paternity (I wonder if how he knows Ridge had sex (insert raped) Brooke on the plane. That's an interesting conversation I'd like to hear. And Phoebe overheard Ridge accusing her of not being his daughter! The poor girl. She'd probably be better off if she wasn't his kid, but I guess that explains why he's been such an arse to her. i have to wonder how long he's thought that one, and who planted the idea inside his head. I mean the bag of rocks had to be told Hope might be his kid. I thought Massimo liked Taylor, so I can't see him suggesting it. DAMN this just got even more interesting!
It's now totally offical that I LOVE Gavin and want him and Brooke together. He was just great to her, and it sonds like he's got a plan. I don't think Massimo is the only one with connections HAHA!

I hated Ridge for Brooke and now I hate him for Taylor too. He is the biggest, nastiest pig to ever exist. I hope that he is going to pay for all of the pain he is putting people through, though I imagine that he is going to continue on his way for a while now.
I felt so sick for poor Brooke and disgusted for Taylor. She is still trying to please him and have a marriage and she still reacts to his touches. What a cruel man to play the games that he did to totally control her. I hope his problem returns soon and I hope that together Brooke and Taylor can defeat him.

When he said that about Phoebe it was bad enough for Taylor to hear it, but that poor girl heard her father call her a bastard. I hope that she is safe and gets love and support soon.

I was glad that Brooke was honest with Gavin. I know it was hard for her but it had to be done. I am afraid that she is going to have to tell others about Deacon because if Gavin is not Hope’s father Deacon will be her last resort and she won’t be able to do it without him. Your Bridget is nice and she will be hurt and it will cause problems between her and her mother, but that is a price that will have to be paid.

Hope is so darling and innocent. I love every scene with her and I smiled when she assured Brooke that she was not lost. It would be nice for her if “Cabin” is her dad, though I personally have no problem at all with Deacon in the role.

Brooke’s story of the plane ride was so painful. It must have hurt her so much to be so betrayed by Ridge. How she could even be civil to him is a miracle in itself. Gavin was so caring and he knew just what to do to help her. I hope that he will stay strong for her no matter what Ridge and Massimo cook up. I also wonder if Massimo will be part of this story or if he will just be talked about.

Anyway, thank you so much for the quick new chapter. I can’t wait for more.

Ridge isn't done yet by a longshot and now he wants to punish Taylor, too. No, it wasn't Massimo who planted the idea about Phoebe. I will say that it was just an off-hand remark and you'll learn more about it later.

Even though she has been terribly attracted to Donovan, Taylor desperately wanted to save her marriage. She was so hopeful, and now she is falling apart. She already understand what cured (at least temporarily) Ridge's impotence, but soon she will have the perspective to see how he orchestrated the whole night of sex. Taylor won't look back now, she will move to end her marriage, but she will agonize over telling her children.

Phoebe (in my backstory) has been what Thomas described her as: "the golden child" - gentle, loving, serene, and generous. Her father has just destroyed her world and she has yet to truly react.

Gavin came from Europe to win Brooke and he will be her "knight" for awhile. Brandon isn't out of the running, but right now Brooke has only one concern - Hope.

Unbeknownst to himself, Ridge has just created two new and dangerous enemies. Having Marone in his corner will help, but these adversaries are out to beat him.

Yes, Ridge will continue on his "merry" way. Taylor will receive a great deal of his wrath next because she has thwarted him in his efforts to punish Brooke. Taylor was so hopeful about his return to the house, but evey bit of it was manipulation.

The only thing that can be said in Ridge's defense is that he didn't know Phoebe was there, but it really wouldn't have mattered to him. He was intent on hurting and punishing Taylor and some facts he learned recently made that easier. Phoebe will find support in from one most unexpected source.

Brooke knows Gavin well enough to know that even if he despised her after learning the truth, he would want to protect Hope. She decided not to give him the truth in little spoonfuls, but to lay it all on the line. His reaction gave her some strength - she would never have understood it if he acted like she did nothing wrong.

Even when Brooke couldn't remember the plane trip, her subconscious told her Ridge had betrayed their relationship and she knew consciously she was done with him. When the why surfaced for her, she was as nauseous as Taylor was after her last night with Ridge.

Massimo will be around somewhat, but we will hear about him mostly through Ridge rather than seeing him.
