janice you are a wicked, wicked girl!
Throwing tomatoes indeed. I was throwing something alright, although I think it was the steak tips I had for lunch! You got me there at the end when I thought we were continuing into the la-la lusty Marone afternoon. You bad, bad girl I think I've gone blind. But since the rest of it was excellent, I shall forgive you. I'm going to have to come back and leave some more comments on the rest, because my behind needs to get to bed, it's been a long work day! Thanks for a great chapter!

Ok so some more comments now that I have a little time. I love the whole Massimo's illegitamite daughter senario. Honestly the way Mass was on the show pimping his behind around, it's totally in charecter that he would have a few "bastards" that we don't know about. Iy was so funny that Maria called him on just that too! I'm really interested in this angle of Ridge's lawyer being his half sister and the half sister of his his new bride to be. I totally didn't see that one coming! I loved how she acted with Massimo, she is totally his daughter. Your story has more twists and turns than a roller coaster at Six Flaggs and I honestly mean that in a really good way! Amber is such a skank as always. LOL though I love how Deacon and Rick have her number! I like how Tom is working things out with his ladies. He's a better man than his father, THANK GOD! And I especially love that while Brooke was devastated over the goings on with Forrester, she is resolute in fighting back. Good for her, that's the Brooke we know and love. I can't wait to see what happens next with Fleur!

Sorry, FB. I knew people would think that, but the first "love" scene was absolutely necessary to me. I think Massimo could have been a great character on B&B - not a nice one, but a great villain. Unfortunately, Bell almost immediately made him weak. My Massimo is not weak and would not wait forever for a woman either. He would clearly be impatient with Stephanie, no matter how much he loved her. So, in my story, he takes the situation by the horns (too subtle an analogy?).
Did you know who his daughter was before she introduced herself to Stephanie or before he spoke her name? Just curious.

Oh and I almost forgot. even though I was a little grossed out picturing Stephanie and Mass going at it. (Mostly I think because Steph has never been portrayed as "sexy". She's always been the matriach and degraded Brooke for being the sexual being. It's kind of like picture an Amish couple going buck wild!) I did have to LOL over Mass making her beg. It was a definate departure from the usual Stephanie. Everybody's got to have that side to them though. It was interesting to see it with her, and with Mas being the control freak that he is, very fitting that he would behave like that with her. So while the inital reaction was MY EYES MY EYES! I can totally see where it came from.

I was trying to figure out who the hell she was, but you got me, it didn't click until the conversation with Stephanie. I guess I didn't pay enough attention to Ridge's attorney initally as I should have.

I can't wait to see what happens next with Fleur! You know Ridge - will he make a play for the attorney before he finds out who she is? (As in Grace's sister, I have no plans right now for him to learn the truth about her. He's not that dumb - he'd be concerned about his inheritance.) Maria has a soft spot for only three people: her younger sister, her deceased father, and, to a lesser degree, her mother. While she knows her mother would never intentionally betray her father, she still has trouble dealing with it. The only time I found Amber the least bit tolerable was early on when she thought of Rick as her meal ticket. I never bought her great love for him. She is going to be quite skanky in my story. And she isn't done with Tom. Tom wants desperately to be a better man than his father. Pushing Jazzie away is hard for him - he does love her, too. But, at least for now, his heart belongs to Danica and he refuses to send either of them mixed messages. Brooke will come out fighting in the next few chapters. And she is going to be confused by her feelings for both Gavin and Brandon. Fleur and Anne will meet soon. It's going to be a bit disconcerting for Anne. One question for you and anyone else who is interested: Maria doesn't plan or want to have a romantic entanglement. Should she?

Ya know, I think she should. Especially because she doesn't want one. She seems like an independant woman who has no use for a man. I think it might be quite amusing to see her find herself drawn to a man. He would have to be someone cunning, that she respected, or grew to respect from his cunning or hers I suppose.

She will, but it won't happen immediately. I think, knowing Maria, she will fight and deny, but she will fall hard when she falls.
