Wow! A perfume-head, just like me! I have many of the ones you mentioned and many of the others on my 'to try' list. How about men's fragances? ? My little boy likes his 'perfume' too! He just put some on before playgroup this morning (he just turned 4) and I mentioned it may be time to change to a fall/winter fragrance, lol!! Thanks Barbara

I wanted Brooke to start out with the women's fragrances, but I plan to have her discuss Forrester Fragrances for Men in an upcoming executive staff meeting. I wanted to bring one of my own passions into my story, but I also remembered that at one time Brooke consulted someone in Genoa City about a fragrance for Brooke's Bedroom. I wanted to follow through with a whole collection of fragrances.
I think I like Perfume-head. My SO calls me a fragrance floozy. It can be embarrassing - I belong to two fragrance boards on the web and am the leader of a third.

Oh that was so good. I loved everyone's reactions to the news and how excited Brooke was. I really liked how you had Rick and Bridget. It's so nice to be able to enjoy Brooke's children. Everyone gets along and seems focused on making the company grow, well except Stephanie LOL! I do understand her insistance about Ridge and I know it must be hard on the others that he is being the way he is. I can't wait to see you getting into his head about all this. What a surprise about Kristen and Pierce. Glad she found someone to make her happy again. I got a kick out of the twins and how different they are. And I know from way back how good you are with perfume and I love how you brought it into your story. I really liked this chapter and can't wait for more. Things are really starting to heat up!

Great chapter! Brooke's taking control of the company branching off with some smart ideas. There's lots of business in your story which is neat because they haven't focused on it much on B&B. I guessed right about the twins involvement in the business. Can I have fun suggesting a couple names for the divisions? for the baby line... "Who's Your Daddy?" by Forrester. (we think) It would drive Stephanie insane! And "Mirror, Mirror" by Forrester for the teen line (the double word implies twins and the mirror is a fairytale reference that means we treat you like a princess) Kristen and Pierce? Wooa. The best thing about this story, very little Ridge! YeeeeHa!

Dot, thanks for your kind words. I always liked Pierce and thought they wasted the character on the show, not just because he fell for Taylor, but because he couldn't win against the almighty Ridge. I would have chosen him in a heartbeat over Ridge if I were Taylor. When Ridge finally learns about Kristen and Pierce, his blood will be boiling.
And I remembered the focus on Phoebe being "special" when she was born. They never alluded to that again. I want to play with her having clairoyant abilities, but still being a normal adolescent.

The best thing about this story, very little Ridge! YeeeeHa! I love "Who's Your Daddy?", but I'm not sure if people would take me seriously if I used it. But maybe Brooke could send a private memo just to Stephanie suggesting it. "Mirror, Mirror" is great and I will use that. It really fits what I'm trying to do. I don't want a soap to be a business lecture, but I enjoy some business intrigue and wanted to include it here. I still think of the original Kristen (Teri Ann Linn) when I envision her in my stories. And I think she and Pierce would make a beautiful couple. They have both loved before (not always successfully), but this is going to be their "once in a lifetime" and they will face many obstacles, but no one will keep them apart. I have to tell you that you will be seeing Ridge very soon (he can't leave Brooke and Taylor alone even in his present emasculated state) and I doubt you will like him. But I hope you enjoy his troubles.
