I hope that Taylor officially leaves Ridge- then he can't present himself as a '2 parent family' superior being.
If the sample was contaminated would it be just as quick to test Gavin now? I am sure he can be trusted to know what is going on.

What a freaking slime! The audacity of that raping pervert to storm in there and demand that Brooke give him custody of Hope with once a month visitation. I see he's trying to hurt Brooke because she hurt him, but I wonder if it's just that or if Ridge has using Hope in mind as some bargaining chip as well. Or maybe it really is all about revenge. Brooke should seriously look into fitting Ridge with a pair of cement shoes. ASS!
Poor Brooke, she's got to be praying to God that either Deacon or Gavin are the father, and I bet perv isn't above paying off doctors and labs to switch test results for him either. I have a feeling this is going to get rather nasty, and how the hell is Brooke supposed to keep this secret from Taylor now? Finding out about what happened on that flight is going to rock her world. I know Brooke wanted to spare her that, but it's going to come out because of this, maybe Brooke and Taylor can team up against Ridge so he doesn't get Hope. I mean Taylor can leave him and testify that he's abusive, physical harm should trump sluttiness, and made up sluttiness at that! i hope Brooke fights and doesn't give up. If that perv strokes so much as one little hair on Hope's head, I'll Bobbit him myself! And that sucker will go down the disposal so there will be no reattaching!
The fashion show was nice, I was picturing all of the outfits trying to decide which one I would buy lol. (Definatley not Felicia's pasties outfit that's for sure!) I am interested to see if Anne and Rick are in for just a passing flirtation or if more will develope there. A mutal attraction is certainly there. I'm glad Brooke laid it out on the table for Gavin and I'm looking forward to their talk later. I hope she doesn't go rushing into anything with Brandon either.

Definitely, break out the microsurgery kit.

Yes, Taylor will learn what happened now. Brooke's efforts to protect her and the children are lost because Ridge will have to tell Taylor why he thinks he has a right to do this. The repercussions on his family will be major and dangerous.

Brooke was prepared to tell Gavin, but this will move up their conversation. If Hope were his, Gavin would be delighted. But no matter what, he will do whatever he can to protect Brooke and Hope.

His main motive is to hurt and punish Brooke, but Ridge has other things in mind as well. He hasn't considered what this will do to his wife and children, but he doesn't really care. He does have a crazy notion that this action by him will also keep Taylor in line. (That's all I will say right now abou their next conversation.)

Brooke has an option open to her that would keep Hope safe and with her, but it would be a gigantic step for her and she hasn't even considered it yet. As hurt and scared as she is, Brooke will soon realize that Taylor and her children will find out and her heart will ache about that, too.

I had fun with the fashion show, but I don't know if it was very good or not. Having watched NYTimes slide shows of the Paris haute couture lines, I think in some ways Felicia's work was more like theirs than Eric's is. Karl Lagerfeld and John Galliano for Christian Dior really push the envelope. Their haute couture lines are often outrageous and garner the attention needed to market the ready to wear lines. But it was fun to do and I really had the images in my head.

Rick and Anne will have fun for now. Will one or both of them fall headlong in love? I'm not sure yet. I have a couple different scenarios.

Brooke had already decided to slow down her personal life and this latest stunt of Ridge's will encourage her to do so.

I’m glad that Brooke and Gavin stopped. I like him and I think he could be a good partner for Brooke, but she isn’t ready for that. She has feelings for him and for Brandon and she needs to see how she feels for each of them. And now with the shit hitting the fan romance is going to have to take a back seat. If Gavin is Hope’s father maybe then Brooke should be with him to provide the stability that she will need after this fight goes on.
I loved the fashion show. Your descriptions were great. I could see those being Felicia’s and you’re right, they do seem to fit the real fashion world better but I think most people prefer the others.
Eric seems to be a little interested in Genie and Rick in Anne. Once more it looks like members of the family will be involved with others LOL! We all do it just like Brad hehehehe.
I noticed that Whip works for the company. Is he going to be in the story or was that just mentioned in passing?
I like seeing Donovan is not letting go of Taylor. She’s going to need him. Eric is smart and he noticed, but would he try to stop it for Ridge? I know he’s very angry at what Ridge is doing but I think he wants to see that family stay together. At least for now.
Now was the test being contaminated just a coincidence or might someone have something to do with it? How did Ridge suddenly buy a clue? And now tell me that you will make him pay and suffer. He’s the biggest pig ever. He’s so cruel it’s not even funny. And to get people to lie for him? I hope no court on earth will listen to him if he is proven to be Hope’s father, and I have a really bad feeling that he will. Not that he IS, but that the test will SAY that he is. I know Taylor will be hurt and angry. I hope she doesn’t turn against Brooke. So many things could happen.

Dot, the only thing I'm going to say about who is going to end up suffering is that I've always seen the best soaps as little "morality plays" where right and goodness triumph in the end. It might take quite awhile, but...

The first flush of having two wonderful men interested in her put Brooke in way over her head. But, thanks to Megan's interruption, she has time to think about it. And she would never do to Brandon and Gavin what Ridge did to her and Taylor all those years. She never meant to keep anything from Gavin, but Ridge has forced her hand and she will be talking to Gavin soon.

I loved dreaming up Felicia's designs. I've always seen her as the rebel Forrester and I want that to show here. Glad you enjoyed the show.

Rick is definitely interested in Anne and she in him, but Eric is not looking for a romantic involvement now. He and Genie will be supportive friends and companions to each other, but nothing more. That doesn't mean a certain harridan won't jump to conclusions.

Whip will not be a major player, but we will see him. He is strictly going to be involved in the business facet of the story for now.

Eric is worried about Taylor. He can see how she is suffering right now and the "friend" part of him is happy for anyone who can make her smile. But the "Ridge's father" part wants everything to be right between Ridge and Taylor. He will be torn, especially with Ridge's latest stunt.

Donovan is not going away and Taylor will need him more than ever now. And someone else will be turning to him, too.

You will see in the next chapter how Ridge worked out the idea that Hope might be his. Don't give him too much credit for brains. As for the test, you'll see. Brooke is so devastated she hasn't made the connection yet. And her first concern is going to be a long heart-to-heart with Gavin and keeping this from Rick.
