Oy, Ridge. Just OY. He needs tostop.

I love that Rick is standing up for and watching out for Brooke. He does not trust Ridge and he has not forgotten the pain and heartache Ridge has caused them all thru all his proclamations of love.

Stephanie is quite true to form now isn't she? LOL.

James is good for Taylor, whether friends, colleagues or something more. I liked their conversation.

Things seem to be rolling quite smoothely for Nick so far. Usually a prelude to a coming obstacle course. LOL.

I am disappointed in Brooke for letting it go on for weeks without telling Nick. Whether it meant going to see Nick or whatever, but I am not liking how long she has let this baby fantasy go on for Nick. Especially knowing that he has decided to fight to be a part of his family now.

Though I am slightly irked at Nick's arrogant dismissal of Brooke and Ridge and whatever their feelings may be. Is he so great? Pffft. Not that I can see? Nick just never quite lets me be on his side. He always has to open up that mouth and irritate me again.

And I know that you know I LOVE the Deacon/Brooke stuff. Such a treat. Hmmmmmmmm....Ridge?Nick?Deacon? Heeeeeeeee. I vote Deacon.

LOL Pam! Nick is doing exactly what Ridge is doing in dismissing the competition. When you fall in love and believe that that love is real and strong and the most important thing in your life then it would be normal to dismiss the other man. Nick has heard Brooke's stories about Ridge and they all ended badly. Nick knows that he wouldn't do that to Brooke so of course he thinks that Ridge is the lesser of the two of them and that Brooke belongs with him. Likewise Ridge saw Nick as a man who was part of a situation that was caused by an accident. He isn't happy that he got involved with Brooke but he sees it as temporary and purely based on conditions and on sex. He is looking at his relationship with Brooke with his own rose colored glasses. He's forgetting the bad times, his betrayals, and everything else.
Rick wants his mother happy but he doesn't trust Ridge. All he is asking is for him to slow down and I think he's right. But I can understand that this is the Ridge we know, once he wants something he doesn't let go of it!
I am liking James and Taylor myself. He is giving her good advice and being a wonderful friend to her, but the woman is as dense as Brooke. What do these ladies see in Ridge anyway? LOL!
Stephanie is nasty and mean and a hater and she is fun to write that way LOL!
I love writing Deacon and I love giving him a connection to Brooke, but I don't see this turning romantic. I think he is going to start desiring her but I think that these two have a lot in common and will form a friendship that may annoy others in the long run.
Thanks for reading more and posting to me! I'm going to keep trying. I just don't know why you won't give poor Nick a chance! All he does is love Brooke with all his heart!
